My name is Taylor Prinz and I am a self taught artist attending Conestoga College. Since I was eleven I’ve been teaching myself how to use programs like Photoshop and Flash. This love of learning, and love of video games and comics, inspired me to be an animator and illustrator. My focus has always been to tell unique and original stories. While I do personal projects, I’ve also done work for others. These commissions range from character illustrations to card designs created as tokens for a Trading Card Game Grand Prix. I always strive to portray stories and characters, be them mine or someone else’s, as best as possible.
Digital Works
Examples from a bi-weekly gag comic. The purpose was to be able to tell an effective joke using the characters from Force of Will in only four panels. The challenge was comic up with a new joke every other week and telling it in a limited space. The comic ran, self produced and non-funded, for almost a year.
