Design Foundations Projects and More
My name is Taylor Prinz and I am a self taught artist attending Conestoga College. Since I was eleven I’ve been teaching myself how to use programs like Photoshop and Flash. This love of learning, and love of video games and comics, inspired me to be an animator and illustrator. My focus has always been to tell unique and original stories. While I do personal projects, I’ve also done work for others. These commissions range from character illustrations to card designs created as tokens for a Trading Card Game Grand Prix. I always strive to portray stories and characters, be them mine or someone else’s, as best as possible.
Digital Works
Sketches and designs of the main cast of a personal story. The characters are designed with simplicity in mind to make it easy to draw them repeatedly for a graphic novel. It's a fantasy setting in a post apocalyptic Earth so the clothes are meant to resemble regular clothing but with a fantasy flare. The characters and story have been being developed for nearly a decade; this is where they stand today.
